Isaac Kim, CRPS®, CRPC® Financial Advisor

Isaac Kim joined Golden State Wealth Management in 2016. Coming from a diverse financial services background spanning the globe, Isaac utilizes his experience to help his clients, both individuals and businesses alike, assess their financial needs and pursue their investment goals.

With Golden State Wealth Management, Isaac specializes in providing strategies to reduce capital gains tax. He also focuses on wealth management and financial health; IRAs and retirement planning; estate planning and legacy protection; all aspects of life insurance from simple term life to tax mitigation attached to complex estate plans, and additional investment and insurance options such as annuities, 529 plans and long term care insurance. He also specializes in corporate retirement plans including 401ks, Defined Benefit plans, SEP-IRA, executive compensation and benefits, non-qualified plans and ESOP.

After receiving his BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and his BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland, Isaac was the CFO of a publicly traded company in South Korea, and worked as a stock analyst throughout Asia, a credit analyst in London, a tax accountant at Arthur Anderson in Washington DC and an institutional stockbroker in New York City. He soon discovered that his talents and skills would be best employed by independently assisting individuals and businesses with their financial well-being and their future investments needs and plans.

Isaac currently lives in Redondo Beach and enjoys spending quality time with his wife, son and daughter at their local beach or travelling abroad. As a University of Michigan graduate, Isaac is a dedicated fan cheering for his Alma Mater’s sports teams.
