Rocky is the founder and president of Westlake Investment Advisors. With 42 years in the investment advisory business, Rocky has held executive positions in New York and Chicago, as well as running highly acclaimed branch offices in Southern California. With his clients’ dreams and goals as his top priority, Rocky has established an impressive wealth management business built on a solid foundation of long-term client relationships.
Rocky earned an MBA at the University of California, Riverside and graduated first in his class. He received his bachelor’s degree in Economics & Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, graduating magna cum laude.
He is currently a member of the Investment & Wealth Institute (formerly Investment Management Consultants Association), North Ranch Country Club and ProVisors. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Yarrow Family YMCA (Westlake Village) and Sutro & Company (San Francisco).
He lives in Westlake Village with his college next-door-neighbor and bride of 43 years, Linda. They have two adult children and two grandchildren.
When not perfecting a spreadsheet, you’ll find Rocky hacking up the golf course, eliciting eye-rolls from his pun- ditry or enjoying anything Beatles.
He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) and holds FINRA licenses Series 7, 8, 4, 24, 53 through LPL Financial.
